Position & profile

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of driving our sales and marketing strategy. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base, enhance customer loyalty, and boost revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute result-oriented sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers, understanding their pain points, and articulating our unique value proposition effectively.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with product enhancements and launches.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Dutch and French.
  • Strong analytical mind and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Sell like hell and close deals with ease.
